Whether you have a young person who requires an immediate placement, are exploring appropriate provision options, or would simply like to understand more about what we can offer — we would be delighted to hear from you.

Our referral process
We welcome enquiries from schools, local authorities and education professionals regarding children and young people aged 5 to 16 who may benefit from a smaller, individualised and relationship-led approach to education.
Every young person is different, which is why our referral process begins with a conversation.

Initial Enquiry
Contact Rediscover Education to discuss the young person, their current circumstances and the reasons appropriate provision is being considered.

Understanding the Young Person
We will work with the referring professional to understand the young person's strengths, needs, interests, current educational situation and any barriers affecting their engagement with education. Relevant information and documentation can then be shared securely to help us consider whether Rediscover is an appropriate placement.

Visit Rediscover
Where appropriate, we encourage professionals, parents/carers and the young person to visit our setting. This provides an opportunity to meet our team, see our facilities and sporting environment, understand how our provision operates and ask any questions before a placement is agreed.

Placement Planning
If Rediscover is considered an appropriate provision for the young person, we will work collaboratively with the referring school or local authority to agree the objectives of the placement and develop an individualised programme around their needs.

Placement & Ongoing Review
Throughout the placement, we will monitor the young person's engagement and progress and maintain communication with the referring organisation. Placements should have purpose and direction, with progress regularly reviewed and, where appropriate, a clear pathway towards reintegration or the young person's next educational step.

Come and see Rediscover
We actively encourage schools, SENCOs, local authority professionals and other prospective referrers to visit us.
Seeing Rediscover in person is the best way to understand what makes our environment different. You can explore our learning spaces, gym, all-weather pitch and outdoor facilities, meet the team and discuss how our approach could support the young people you work with.
You don't need to have a specific referral ready. If you're interested in Rediscover Education and would like to understand our provision for potential future placements, get in touch and arrange a visit.
